Our uniformed pool technicians are held to a high standard to deliver the utmost service on the job. All CPO certified (certified pool operator) pool pros are expertly trained in pool automation, pool health, salt systems, & repairs.

Maintenance for weekly full service
– Follow the “3 Keys”; Filtration, Circulation, & Sanitize
– Verify water level is at proper operating level
– Skimming/netting pools surface
– Brushing pool walls & tiles
– Vacuuming pool as needed
– Clean out skimmers & all other baskets
– Clean out pump strainer basket(s)
– Inspect equipment for proper operation while noting any repairs needed
– Test & balance water chemistry
Weekly chemical only service
– Test Water
– Chemicals balanced as needed
– Adjust PH to proper range (as needed)
– Adjust alkalinity to proper range
Add on
– Filter Cleaning performed 2-4x a year based on usage & size of pool
– Twice a week service available
Billing Procedures
Monthly service is defined as 4 visits per month. With 52 weeks in a year, this leaves 4 visits that EZ Pools does not charge for. Splitting the difference with customers providing 2 free visits and the other 2 service days will be skipped during the winter season. The weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years are scheduled “non visits” depending on which day your weekly service falls on. Please note service will not be skipped two weeks in a row, providing an adequate amount of care for your pool. Customers will be notified before a “non-visit” is scheduled. This allows for all our employees to enjoy holiday time with friends & family.
Pool monthly dues are for the current service month are due before the 5th. A late fee of $15 is added to the bill after the 15th. Monthly fees are paid by EFT or with a credit card/debit card every month. Billing invoices are sent out 10 days prior to due date.
